Your consultant will explain the packages, confirm which plan fits your situation, and collect the information needed to create your profile. Once the registration fee is paid, your profile enters our verified database, and active matching begins within two to four weeks.
Your registration profile requires: full name, age, current location,

educational qualifications, professional details, religious practice, and family background (parents’ occupations, siblings, caste or biradari),
a brief personal description, and specific partner preferences. A recent photograph is also required — shared only internally, never publicly. Parents registering on behalf of their child may provide all information. No formal documents are required at the registration stage.

HK Matrimony’s Islamabad office is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Our office is at Twin City Plaza, Office No. 16, 2nd Floor, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. WhatsApp inquiries are accepted seven days a week, making it convenient for overseas clients in the USA.

UK, Canada, and the Gulf to reach our team outside the standard Pakistan business hours without international call costs.

Our Islamabad office is closed on Sundays. However, WhatsApp messages are accepted on Sundays, and responses are sent as early as possible. Overseas clients who need Sunday consultations can arrange a WhatsApp or video call appointment by messaging us at +92 334 5822599 in advance.
HK Matrimony’s office at I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, serves both Islamabad and Rawalpindi clients directly. In-person consultations are available Monday

to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM (on-call appointment needed). Rawalpindi clients regularly visit our office. Remote WhatsApp consultation is also available for clients who prefer not to visit in person or who are based in other Pakistani cities or abroad.
